SISU offers group & 1:1 yoga sessions. Tailored specifically for teenagers, offering a mix of physical postures, breathing exercises and mindful techniques to promote physical strength, flexibility and emotional well-being.

Designed to help teenagers manage stress, build self-esteem, improve focus and cultivate a sense of inner calm.
